We were told insurance was required to get free phones (false), told promos ended when they hadn’t, had $70/month insurance added without consent, streaming bundles added, and were quoted a $600 first bill that they claimed was “waived” but wasn’t. When we called Verizon corporate directly, they removed everything and confirmed none of those things were required. Our bill dropped from $250 to $157 immediately. I strongly recommend going to a corporate Verizon store or ordering online instead.

Chris made sure 1 fully understood everything in my contract before | left the store. If all Verizon agents provided service like he did, customer experiences would be outstanding across the board.
