- ADAshley DiazAug 11, 20251.0Cellular sales is a third party seller from Verizon. Who over charged me for service fees and phone plan back in July 2024. Their former employee Ryan Dexter Weems completely scammed me and my family. He sold us a plan and gave us false information. After a year of trying to get my money back cellular sales still had not returned to me the $344.45 they owe me. They stated that it was because I “never returned the phones”. When I in fact contacted their Lakeland office and asked various times for help returning the phones. Their office pointed me to Verizon customer service. And Verizon set up the return. I had confirmations of my return of the phone and nothing was ever done. They are completely irresponsible and prioritize selling over their clients. I am so upset I still have not gotten my money back, I’m coming on here to see if I can finally get a resolution.
