When you walk into a store you never know what associate you might get but I can tell you we really were happy with D J. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also very friendly and patient with us. Being senior citizens we asked a lot of questions of course, but he never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed even though he was busy. This, we would both have to say made for a very pleasant day. Thank you D J and Verizon.
