Was able to get all the questions I had about my phone answered and the internet service that I did have but don't know more but that's only because I went back to Spectrum so I could watch my football. I can't stream some of the channels if I use Verizon internet so I had to go back to Spectrum. I'm a big football NFL fan. No other sports just NFL but everybody's always very helpful there

My mother and I came in to upgrade our phones, and were promptly greeted by Jose, he brought us over to a table to go over our account and thanked us for our 20 years of service with Verizon, as he was doing that I pulled out the boxes that had our phone cases and screen protectors in them that we purchased from Amazon, upon seeing them his whole attitude changed and he became very short with us, he did offer to install our screen protectors (he did give us a disclaimer that they technically were not allowed to do this due to liability reasons we assured him we would not be upset or anything if we broke our own screens.) he asked us about our iCloud backup history and I made the comment in bad about backing everything up but it’s no big deal, he offered to transfer our old phones info to our new phones for a $50 fee to which we politely declined, he again got an attitude about it and started to install our screen protectors to which mine was covered with dust under it and my mother’s was crooked to where when we put it in the case it came off! He finished installing them and just walked away didn’t say have a good day, didn’t say we were all set or finished or anything just walked back over to the group of other techs, when I said are we all set? He replied Yep and that was it! The attitude and the shortness was atrocious all over commission I assume, regardless of the reason it shouldn’t have happened and I’m definitely not happy about any of it!!
