    Even though I did not buy anything from this store the specialist helped me out alot. Kenna Tyson was so helpful not just once but twice when we walked in. She never tried to sell us something we didnt need and was very respectful the entire time. She was knowledgeable when it came to phones and watches we were looking at. She wasn't trying to just get another sale. She truly was helpful in all aspects. Thank you Kenna. If there is anything I need in the future I would definitely return to that store and ask Kenna for help

    All a gimmick. Use a different service. Quoted me $216 a month and get charged $240/month. Theyll do anything to rip you off.

    They've got stuff on the walls and they've got people working. Just strange I go in ready to upgrade my paid off phone with another paid off phone and no one could help me. Checked in. Waited and looked around. Watched a guy stand still and watch the store, but not help so, I left. May even switch off Verizon. Kinda tired of you large companies taking customers, especially longterm ones, for granted. I could easily use any other phone service.
