They did not help me once I expressed my confusion, I’ve had Verizon almost 4 years and not once have I encountered any behavior like this from employees. I walked in and said I need to do a trade in. She started to deter me from that and brought up filing an insurance claim, even though my iPhone 16 pro is fine? I stated clearly we don’t need to discuss insurance and I want to trade it. When I walked in she told me give her a few minutes and she’ll help, and after all of this she told me go over there and rolled her eyes so I laughed. Her entire demeanor was so rude and had me go to another location to get my phone. I even said you don’t wanna help me anymore when she just said give her a few minutes, then she wanted to say she got a customer, I said oh okay and went to walk away and she decided say yea okay and suck her teeth. Manager Aaron completely excused her and also decided to not help me but thankfully the one down the road is very efficient and had me in and out with a brand new phone and problem solved.
