The manager and one employee on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner and made it clear he had no interest in helping resolve my issue. His attitude made me feel like he believed he was above accountability or company policy. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was the manager working at (3406 Florida Ave S Lakeland)this store I hope Verizon takes a closer look at how some of store managers are treating customers, because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Very Disappointed With Store Manager's Behavior. After this experience, I checked the store's reviews — and sadly, I’m not surprised to see many others have had similar issues. It’s clear that this kind of behavior isn't a one-time incident but part of an ongoing pattern. Verizon needs to seriously look into how this store is being managed. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when we are coming in for help and support.
