I had to purchase other merchandise. This will probably be my last year using Geek Squad. The yearly membership is quite expensive, not to cover what is needed. I have been a member for about 10 years or more.

Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to run diagnostics just for them to go check and find out that they didn’t have the right part and couldn’t do anything. They were well aware days in advance what they would need to repair and still let me take an hour out of my day for nothing.
