- RBRobert BoskeOct 27, 20255.0A couple of weeks ago I stopped into the Cricket store to buy a new phone. The salesperson by the name of Leo suggested the phone that I should buy to fit my needs. He also transferred the information from my old phone to my new one. His knowledge and professional customer service was over the top terrific. Today I had to stop in to ask about a couple issues that I was having. When I walked in he recognized me from my previous visit and greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Leo was knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it. Leo's knowledge of products and over the top friendly customer service make him a great representative for the company.
- TTTimOct 8, 20251.0I am an older English speaking customer of Cricket. Both employees were bilingual (positive in today's society). When I asked for a price on the moto g stylus 2025 the employees started speaking among themselves, only in Spanish, completely ignoring me for 5+ minutes. They then gave me a price well above the advertised price. I questioned them on that but they had no reasonable answer. #1 why speak only in Spanish while discussing price and #2 why the inflated price. Also why are all of the signs in the store only in Spanish? I left the store with my original phone.
