I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy recently, thanks to the Chromebook representative, Tj. I was looking for some TV accessories, and even though they were all the way across the store from her section, she didn't hesitate to walk me over and help me find exactly what I needed. She was incredibly helpful and happy to assist.
While she was helping me, she also told me all about the features of Chromebooks. It was great information, and she wasn't pushy at all. She just asked me to remember her when I'm ready to purchase my next laptop, and I definitely will. When it's time for an upgrade, I'll be sure to go back and ask for her specifically. Excellent customer service!

I scheduled an appointment for tv wall mount through Geek Squad and was given incorrect information 3 times and I am still waiting for installation. Had l not already paid for the service I would have canceled my order. I will NEVER use Best Buys services ever again!

Just in case I forgot to write a review after the purchase of my TV, let me just share that I paid $3.00 more at Best Buy than my favorite big box store. At my big box store, they don't deliver, set up, explain anything, nor do they take the trash away!!!! Yes, they charge for delivery, but it was well worth it.
Yesterday, I went to the Geek Squad area for assistance. The Best Buy Total Membership is a must have. It covers issues with my laptop, TV, phone, and FitBit. Andres was very patient and so smart. He resolved 2 issues with my laptop and 3 issues with my phone. He didn't just fix each issue, he explained things so I could understand. I appreciate that very much.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Best Buy!
Best Buy advertised a Lenovo laptop for sale. On the Best Buy website page for that laptop, it stated "sale ends 10/27." To me, and to EVERYONE I have spoken with AND every explanation that I have found on google, that means the item will still be on sale on October 27 and will end at midnight, as the date changes to the 28th.
I finally decided that I was going to splurge and get the laptop. Just after midnight on October 27, just a few minutes after October 26 ended, I went to the Best Buy website, and guess what! The price had already gone back up to the regular price.
I started an online chat with a Best Buy representative who told me that the laptop was not currently on sale. I responded by letting her know that I could see that, but it was advertised to be on sale until the end of day on 10/27. Her response was that with her tools, she could not even see that it had been on sale and there was nothing that she could do. She added that I could go to the store tomorrow and talk to someone there. When I asked what they might be able to do at the store, I was told that they have more tools and might be able to do something for me.
At the store, I was told that sometimes Best Buy does that. They might advertise a sale with the ending date, and then end the sale early. He told me that not even a store manager would be able to do anything to give me the laptop at the sale price after Best Buy has taken the item off of sale, EVEN if it had been advertised to currently be on sale. He suggested I call corporate and gave me a card with a phone number for their corporate offices.
After calling the "corporate" number, I found that it was just a general number for an off-shore customer service call center. Of course no amount of explaining could get through to the woman on the other end of the line. "The item is not on sale. You should have purchased it while it WAS on sale. I cannot extend the sale price to you after the sale has ended."
"I am not asking you to extend the sale price after the sale has ended. I am asking you to HONOR the sale price that was advertised to go through the end of the day, TODAY!"
No, she told me, when the sale is advertised as "ending 10/27," that means at midnight on 10/26, as the date changes to 10/27, the item will no longer be on sale. THAT is contrary to EVERY answer I can find on the internet as to when a dated sale ends.
She also told me that it MIGHT have been removed from sale because they sold out of the item. Fortunately, I KNOW that is not the case because even at a few minutes after midnight, when they took the laptop off the sale price, it still said it could be delivered to my home on 10/29. Obviously, the laptops were still in stock.
Her suggestion to me was to pay $179.99 to become a "Member," purchase the laptop at full price and ...IF... by chance, the laptop goes on sale in the next 60 days, I would get the difference back.
AND IF it does NOT go on sale, I have spent an additional $180, ABOVE the cost of the regular / non-sale price, for the same laptop they SHOULD be selling me for the sale price!
Sorry, but I am ABSOLUTELY DONE with Best Buy! I will continue to monitor their sales, but from now on, I will find other stores that will match their prices. I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from Best Buy again!

My husband and I, as well as a few other people, waited over 40 minutes to speak with someone one about getting a PC, this was when the store first opened, not busy. After waiting for so long I walked around to find someone. Asked the Apple guy, who was talking to another Best Buy employee that looked busy at the time, if there was anyone to help because there’s a group of people that have been waiting 40 minutes. The guy on the phone got off and said he was the computer guy. I advised people have been waiting for 40 minutes to speak with someone about pcs, he said okay and stood still as if he was not going to follow, I said “well common then” granted I was aggravated, he took me as rude and flat out told me he is not willing to help because I told him to “common”. I reiterated that there was a group of people waiting and he said he does not care. I had to speak with the manager to actually get help for 5 people waiting to be helped since the store opened. I appreciate the manager for helping me, however, I won’t go back to a place that is flat out willing to decline customer service, I have worked customer service my whole life and have had to still offer service to people that have screamed, threatened and spout slurs at me. The fact that that man couldn’t handle getting his feelings hurt is proof enough he shouldn’t be in service and should be stocking shelves.
