They selected a shipping company called Roadie. Now they are not accepting responsibility for this item. The delivery employee took a picture of the item from his vehicle and never delivered it. What they didn't count on is that I have security cameras around my home. The time and date is stamped. No delivery showed up. If Best Buy selects these companies for delivery they should be responsible for the item. Not the person who buys it. I will never buy again from Best Buy. Be careful when you order something from this company.

They refuse to even acknowledge the event when homeowners insurance tries to get me reimbursed my deductible. When I call, they give me the run around. It’s been a year now. I will never buy anything from there again. Recently bought a new refrigerator and a new tv elsewhere. Their loss.

I had been in the store for about 10 minutes without anyone approaching me, which I understand can happen during the busy season. However, as soon as I connected with Devan, he immediately listened to what I was looking for and clearly showed me where to find everything I needed. His customer service truly made a difference in my experience, and I greatly appreciate his help.
