  My husband and I have received the worst experiences in Best Buy in Lakeland. We have purchased some electronics and their products doesn’t seam to last. Nor does Best Buy want to assist you on the products,once purchased. Once purchased they claim you only have a 15day return policy . We purchased a flip phone and other electronic products which only lasted 28 days, which they said we had to go through the manufacturer, to get our problem resolved, but they sold us the product and nothing should last only 28 days when I purchased under the name Best Buy. They should represent and stand by the product they are selling a not be cowards a take your money and pass you off to a manufacturer. I hate this company a never purchase from them again.

  To be honest. I am disappointed in my experience here. I called to check a price on a tv that I was looking at purchasing and was told they would price match the price that was on amazon yesterday for 1700. I told them I wanted them to hold it for me so I could pick it up that day. Had something urgent come up that required me to get it the next day. I called them and told them of the situation and they told me that it was totally fine and they would hold it for me for tomorrow. Well I get there today and now they are trying to sell it to me for $2300 and saying they can't do it. Even though they have logs to prove my conversation with them the day before. I am fed up with dealing with stores like this and thats why Amazon will most likely be getting my business vs best buy lakeland. Lousy customer service but thats just my personal opinion. Didn't even go out of their way to come to a resolution...

  The had my item at the warehouse. I was there and they could not give me the item I paid for because their system could not "release" the item i ordered. I drove 2 hours. What a waste of time and money. I will always buy from other stors from now on and forget "worst"buy.

  Popped in here when the store opened for the day. Right off the bat the men's room smelled like stale urine, clearly someone is not doing their job. The staff are helpful so they get a star from that. The selection here is absolute garbage in pretty much every department. If you're a PC gamer, don't even waste your time coming here. It's all on one little square area in the corner that equates to one aisle for the whole section. Need accessories for your non Apple phone? Same applies to y'all. A handful of cases, the rest is Apple or generic phone accessories like chargers.

  I would not recommend going here at all. You’re better off going to any other Best Buy location. They’ll most likely be closed an 45min to an hour before the time they have listed. When you ask the reason they just tell you it’s just this location that closes early ? Meaning what ? That’s not even giving an explanation on why you’re closing early 😵‍💫. I never write review but trying to save people the trouble
