  A couple of weeks ago I stopped into the Cricket store to buy a new phone. The salesperson by the name of Leo suggested the phone that I should buy to fit my needs. He also transferred the information from my old phone to my new one. His knowledge and professional customer service was over the top terrific. Today I had to stop in to ask about a couple issues that I was having. When I walked in he recognized me from my previous visit and greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Leo was knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it. Leo's knowledge of products and over the top friendly customer service make him a great representative for the company.

  I have had a job where I deal with the public for the past 35 years. Never have I been talked to or cursed at the way that Armond (unsure of spelling) cursed my Husband on Friday, 07/05/2019. We purchased a radio/speaker from Cricket, along with a new smart phone, one week earlier, from the same salesperson. My husband tried to return it three days later and was talked out of it. He brought the radio home once again and the radio did not work the way that we were told it was going to. He then again tried to return this radio on Friday. Upon Armond seeing my Husband the first words out of his mouth was the Lord's name in vain. Then as he walked up to my husband, he used another curse word. Mind you that there were other customers in the store at this time. My husband even mentioned this fact to him. Armond refused to refund our money for the radio, stating that it was not Cricket's merchandise. If this is the case, why was it being sold by Cricket. I have worked for attorneys for the past 35 years and know for a fact that there is a return policy for anything, unless there is a sign stating in open view, NO RETURNS. There was and is no such sign. Not as of 07/05/2019. I will also add that this Armond is a young man. My Husband is 60 years old, has only one leg, having lost his other leg in an accident. It is very sad to me that someone in this type of business would think so little of themselves to speak to customers this way, especially the disabled. Armond has not heard the last from me. I will continue until this radio is returned and I am refunded my monies. I have been a customer of Cricket for quite a few years, but now, I am having second doubts. Not worth the verbal abuse from their salespersons. Think twice before doing business with this company, if only because of this one employee. Very, very disappointed. Gave them one star because I had to give at least one.
