"Worried" would be a severe understatement! We took a chance and went to the nearest location which happened to be in Lake Wales, Florida. What a lucky decision! We were greeted by Hunter, who could not have been friendlier. He calmed her down and addressed her concerns one at a time while he skillfully linked multiple accounts and made necessary adjustments. It was obvious that Hunter was very knowledgeable and made it his priority to take care of our concerns. The small charge for "programming" her new phone (because they are not a Verizon corporate store) was nothing compared to the worry and aggravation that he resolved. I highly recommend a visit to this location and spending time with Hunter whenever you need a new cell phone. He will not let you leave until completely satisfied! Thank you, Hunter, for providing excellent customer service!
