Had several all gatheted around trying to get the new watch to work. Was told by the Verizon mother via telephone to go home and at 7pm mother ship for Verizon would call and get the phone connected and up and running. Verizons mother ship never called.Go in and today Will working at Verizon store lake wales picked up the watch and within 2 minutes had the watch working properly. So I wanted to leave a review so Verizon would know that if they need help getting their watches to work he is the Man. Thank you Will .

His customer service was amazing and although the store was fairly busy, he stayed on top of ensuring all customers were taken care of in a timely manner. All staff was very polite and attentive to those waiting in line. My husband and I are very pleased with the service and our new phones!!
