  Lucy (Lucian) is amazing! Thanks to her, I am getting my new phone Apple was denying me. I had just bought a new IPhone 16 4 months ago. When I would call anyone, they couldn’t hear me. This went on for over a week. I called Apple support who did a test on my phone. They told me I needed to take my phone to Best Buy to see if they can diagnose the problem. After my phone failed their test 2 times, they cleaned my speaker saying it was super dirty. How can it be that dirty if it’s only 4 months old!?!? I just don’t think they knew what to do so that was what they came up with. We tried the phone before I left & I called my Mom & the phone worked. She could hear me. I leave there, make 2 phone calls & during the 2nd call my phone isn’t workin again. I once again go to Best Buy. They tell me to take it to the Apple Store. So, I drove over an hour away to the Apple Store in The Gardens Mall (terrible customer service) the lady I spoke with told me the problem was my SIM card & I needed to go to the Cricket store, that it is Crickets problem. She told me she could not find in the notes that my phone failed twice at Best Buy which Best Buy told me she would be able to see. She did nothing for me. I go to Cricket, tell Lucy want they said. She said it was not the Sim & that there have been others coming in with the same complaint. She tells me to call Apple customer service again. I do & the guy told me I would have to pay over $600 to have it fixed. That my warranty doesn’t cover that problem. Lucy told me to ask for a manager b/c my phone is covered under the warranty for one year & the speaker is included in that. A manager got on the phone & Lucy read to him exactly what was covered & that my phone should be replaced at no charge. He agreed & now I am getting my replacement thanks to Lucy. If it weren’t for her not letting me give up b/c I was so frustrated at this point, I would have been stuck with a faulty phone that I just paid almost $900 for 4 months before. Lucy, if you read this, thank you so much! You deserve a raise for your outstanding customer service!

  Only ask for Marlon he will get the job done and takes care of his customers as if they are family .. definitely don’t go to Lucy . Unless you want to be scammed .

  Ugh! What a ratchet location! Lucy as the manager has no idea what customer service means, their “care customer service” could hardly care!! Tried to switch to them from Xfinity, paid $168 to transfer 2 lines, only 1 could transfer yet they refuse to refund me!!!! Their “care customer service” offered me $5 ..WTH?!! Only bright spot is Marlon!! He doesn’t belong there! He’s waaaayyy too professional for Cricket! He needs to go to AT&T or Xfinity. Consider yourself warned! Smh. Worse experience ever!!! You definitely get what you paid for. 🤦🏻‍♀️.
