I wasn't sure what to expect or what to do but I was assisted by the most professional, beautiful, compassionate in her job, and intellectual store manager ever named Amanda. She helped me get a phone without hassle, within my budget, and with the best deal possible. I suggest whoever wants a good deal and a nice phone to go see her. Her customer service is amazing and on point. It felt like God put her there specifically to help me. She felt heaven sent, energy was like I with an Angel. Great service, thanks cricket for all you guys do so that the world can remain connected. God bless.

I had no idea they offered a finance plan for phones. Needless to say I left with a new phone and service. I would definitely recommend this store.

I did come in asking about different plans, and then when I mentioned/inquired about Assurance, the low income plan as I am on food stamps, her tone changed!! She said they dont deal with that type of stuff and that I would have to go elsewhere. That's ok, but the way she said it; she stopped talking about paid plans and told me she hopes I find what I am looking for and to have a nice day. I guess people on foodstamps and working full time are not worthy of your plans??? Got a better deal at wal-mart... A PAID PLAN!!! Sad I gave my money to a huge corp instead... win for me though and the lady there was nice enough to tell me about the steps I can take to get Assurance in the future!!
