Unless you are looking to get a new contract with multiple lines where they can get a commission they will tell you to call a number and move along. They also didn’t have the phone we were looking for which would have saved us time. We went to Best Buy in the same plaza and had amazing service. Don’t waste your time here go over to Best Buy.

I had tried on line services and was never able to talk to anyone but a scammer who almost got into our bank account! I had almost given up and walked in the Verizon store in Lady Lake and met Emanuel Morales! He had a welcome face and ready smile and helped me within 5 minutes of my entering! It was amazing and I’m so relieved and grateful! Thank you, Verizon, and Emanuel! I really appreciate you!

The lack of motivation to help a customer when phone corporate told me to come into the store and then the store turning around and saying no you need to call them even tho they told me to go into the store and when I asked if they could assist me in calling corporate to help the discrepancy between the two they refused to help cause they were "short staffed"! In reality they wanted to leave even tho i waiting patiently in the store to be served. But that wasn't good enough. Lisa and Lacey need a new occupation.

I have a lot of personal family issues going on, and she obviously had no clue And to be blunt, it is not her problem. So as a senior manager for her to take the time to help me and really listen so we could come up with the best resolution. Plus, she saved me money on my future bill. Long story short, she is THE BEST manager I have encountered.
