After Verizon, messed up our order for a new iPhone 17 thee different times Richard was able to get it all straightened out plus save us 50% on our internet at our home by switching us to verizon internet. We have been with Verizon for 24 years and after Verizon cancelled our order for the new iPhone 3 times, I was ready to leave them. Richard is the only reason we stayed. He is the best rep we have had in the 24 years we have been with them.

They said we have to go to the Store with a photo ID, walked in got Hudson, he said he can’t do anything and gave us a sheet of paper with an 800 # to call. Went home and called CS the person stated it must be done at the store because our account was closed but we were still getting monies deducted from our bank for the last 8 months. . . Called a second CS person and he said the same thing, must be done in person at store and also he confirmed the Lady Lake store is known for their lack of trying the help Verizon customers. You have no idea what we have gone through. . . BTW we were Verizon customers for over 25 years and finally made a switch.

AND NOTHING IS FOR FREE YOUR SIGNING A CONTRACT FOR THEM PHONES, WHILE YOUR BILL GOES UP AND UP YOU CAN NOT LEAVE OR THEM FREE PHONE AREN'T FREE. I have called them at least 5 times trying to resolve this, I had 3 representatives tell me after talking to them they would call me back ONE WAS A VERIZON MANAGER. ZERO CALLED ME BACK. I WENT TO CORPORATE STORE, AFTER SITTING FOR 4 AND A HALF HOURS NOTHING WAS DONE THE MANAGER SAID TO ME IT'S MY FAULT. AND I'M THE IDIOT I GOT MAD HE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. I AM A 68 YEAR OLD DISABLED VETERAN.
