- LLLoJan 14, 20261.0I have attempted to order a new phone for store pickup TEN times and every single time, this store has cancelled the order. No phone calls, no reason why, nothing. Because of this, my bill got messed up and I had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get this resolved, only to be told the only thing they could do was try again and that if they made the order for me, it would not get cancelled. Unfortunately, that was untrue. I even tried ordering a different phone and different colors. I'm not picky and would have been happy with any one of 3 phones in any color but they didn't bother to contact me to find that out. In the past I have made appointments and sat in the store for hours trying to upgrade and that is not practical for me to do this time, for several reasons. This store will be the reason why Verizon loses a customer. Normally, I would attempt to resolve the issue with the store directly but they have made it impossible. Even customer service could not get ahold of the store.

After Verizon, messed up our order for a new iPhone 17 thee different times Richard was able to get it all straightened out plus save us 50% on our internet at our home by switching us to verizon internet. We have been with Verizon for 24 years and after Verizon cancelled our order for the new iPhone 3 times, I was ready to leave them. Richard is the only reason we stayed. He is the best rep we have had in the 24 years we have been with them.
