They kept us informed of delivery window and when they were on the way. They reviewed where to do installations, what heights per room and set up everything we needed to be able to sit down and watch tv. I could have set up all the apps but they were insistent on doing it for us. They cleaned up all their trash and any mess from installing tvs and mounts. Highly recommend their service.
