    ​I was disappointed by the floor model display at this location. It is difficult to make an informed purchasing decision when the live demo units are so heavily tethered that you can't test the camera, rotate the screen, or get a feel for the ergonomics. Furthermore, having a large number of non-functional "dummy" units instead of working models makes it nearly impossible to compare features. Improved accessibility to the actual hardware would likely lead to a much better sales experience for customers.

    Update: best buy reached out and is trying to help me resolve the issue and refund back to my credit card which is very very nice and unexpected! Unfortunately I purchased a phone in store and decided to return it. It didn't to anything different or new that my old phone did so I made the drive back to return it and was going through the return process and the employee returned it gave me store credit before saying anything and then proceeds to say you get the money back on a gift card as it's store policy even though I paid on a credit card. She also refused to scan my return bar code that it was supposed to present to her and she didn't acknowledge that I even held my phone out and said here's my return code.. I am thinking that's why I got store credit instead of a refund but I spoke to another employee and he thought it was weird and I was well within the return window and 100% should've gotten the money back on my card and after he tried to help me a bit and speaking to his manager he said the only thing they could do was void my return and come back in few days and try the return again but didn't offer the phone back so I declined now I'm stuck with store credit that idk what to do with as I don't usually shop there and a credit card bill I still have to pay now and I don't live close to a best buy. The employees were super nice but be careful if your returning anything!

    The most ridiculous company and customer service. Why is it that when I dial a LOCAL number to speak with someone in store I get directed to someone in INDIA. This AI stuff is beyond idiotic, bring back real people answering phones IN STORE.

    I like Best Buy a lot. I just got a car radio/CD from them and had it installed there. The person that installed it was excellent. He was very informative and professional.

    Went in this Best Buy to purchase an Amazon Alexa smart speaker device. Approached by employee and he answered some questions. Then helped others while we looked the choices over. We wanted to buy the Amazon Show 11. None were in the shelf to buy. I found an employee at a long desk to help people near front middle of store. I asked if they had one in stock. She said she’d have to check. She grabs some keys and walks up to a locked display, I follow her, and I said maybe she misunderstood what I wanted to buy because the items there were not what I was looking for. She turns and says I’m helping someone else. I said, oh, my apologies I thought u were helping me, u never said that to me. Anyways I walked back over to the aisle for the Amazon smart speakers told my husband about that. We couldn’t get any help. He looked up the item on his phone and ordered it from Amazon Prime and we left. We drive 35 min to Best Buy for nothing. Your employee lost a $230 purchase. That was a very poor experience.
