  We were we greeted as we entered and an employee spent time with us showing freezer selections both on the floor and ones that could be ordered. We were very happy with the service.

  Horrible customer service for people that are paid from commission should not be picky on who they help. And employees should not threaten to trespass customers if the employee is going to say nasty things to customers employees need to expect to hear those things back you don’t get to talk to customers anyway you see fit, especially considering you are commission based. And crying and whining because the customer just reiterated to you what you just said, and you didn’t like it it just shows you probably shouldn’t have been a rude piece of crap to a customer a paying customer. I don’t care if it’s Christmas Eve you signed on for a job you do your job there’s hundreds of other people that would be more than happy to do your job if you’re unwilling to do your job your job is to help customers as they walk into the store, not to be rude and threatened to have people trespassed well good job. You just lost my business and word-of-mouth travels faster when it’s bad and I’m also going to be pressing charges against your Best Buy employee who threatened to have me trespassed from a store because he got cocky with me and said some nasty things and didn’t like the way I responded however it could’ve gone much worse for your Employee but still now there is charges being pressed. Yes the wonderful police that sit outside your store are going to give you papers because I did press charges against you because what you did was very wrong.

  My cousin ordersomething online to be delivered to my house. A PS5 Pro. They didn't even care to put it in a box. They simply dropped a PS5 Pro in all of its glory in my front door 2 days befire Christmas. I wasn't even hone. Thank GOD the right person saw it at the right time. Otherwise it would have been stolen. Over $700 would have been gone just like that. Common sense seems to have evaded everyone. Do better.

  I will never purchase anything at Best Buy after today’s incident at the Lady Lake location. This young woman created such a problem for us and it was totally uncalled for and completely ridiculous. We were in the customer service line and she said we were out of line and helped someone who came after us. I guess she didn’t care for us and felt threatened and hostile toward us for no reason as we were just waiting our turn patiently. It was just a terrible encounter to return a defective item. She was so unprofessional and said out loud that we were the reason she was quitting there. After we got our refund we saw the manager talking privately to her and our original pick up item up cashier told us that this young woman has had many terrible interactions with many innocent unsuspecting customers. Never again. And Best Buy should only hire kind caring people to deal with customers. Not a good look Best Buy.
