  LOSS PREVENTION GAVE FALSE INFO TO COPS AND WE WERE DETAINED IN PARKING LOT: I have waited to post this review to see if corporate would ever try to offer a resolution. They haven't. My fiancé and I stopped in to look at speakers for our car and ask about installation costs, and to see if they had dishwashers. We went to the back and looked at the speaker display, found an employee in TVs and asked if he could assist or if he could direct us to someone who could. He was very rude so we decided to leave. Leave the parking lot, take a right at light, and immediately get pulled over. Pull back into lot where we have 3 cops pull guns on us, make us get out with hands up, walk backwards, get on our knees on the gravel, handcuff us before telling us that Best Buy loss prevention gave them our car description and license plate # & said we stole something. We told them to search the car; they quickly realized we were not the right people. We called corporate who tried to get us to say that it was the fault of the cops. It wasn't. The loss prevention person, THEIR employee, gave the police false information and as a result we were put in a dangerous situation. I'm sure having guns pointed at you is never a fun experience, but in today's world things could have ended a lot differently. If I could give this store zero stars, I would.Thanks for the pre-holiday trauma. I just needed speakers and a dishwasher.

  Corey at the Phone counter restored my faith in humanity today. After spending two hours at the Verizon store in the same plaza and getting terrible service, plus they didn’t have the phone we wanted anyway we went over to Best Buy. Corey not only had a smile on his face the whole time he was helpful and made our transactions easy. If you need a phone go see Corey. Thanks for a great experience.

  I went to this shelter with my sister. She adopted an adult cat and is very happy with him. The shelter is very large and clean. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The animals seem comfortable, happy, and well cared for. They have a great shop at the shelter. A well run organized.

  The local staff have been wonderful but the deluvery process is the worst! We purchased washer, dryer, refrigerator and TV’s etc. The dellivery for appliances was set for a 2-6 window. They called at 5:30 and said they were not coming and could not re-schedule until the items were returned to warehouse. We went to Home Depot that night and had appliances within 36 hours. Order cancelled. Our electronics and Geek Squad were scheduled for tomorrow between 9:30 and 1:30. At 6:30 today they call to tell me they are not coming. Apparantly a bracket is not available so they will not bring anything. Another last minute cancellation after we blocked out our day for Geek Squad to install and wire it all. You cannot rely on Best Buy nor can you soeak to anyone about the issues. Do not buy anything you need delivered!!

He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional while helping me and my husband. Josh took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood everything before we made our purchase. He helped my husband buy me an Apple Watch Series 11 for my anniversary, and his friendly attitude made the experience extra special.
