  Muy mala atención y te ofrecen un plan y cuando llega el bill llega otro plan. Y después ni ellos se hacen responsables te dicen que eso no fue lo que te dijeron. Y llamas a verizon y no saben lo que ellos de vendieron.

  What started out as a pleasant experience quickly turned horrible. I went into this office on 1/6, to order phones and new service. They didn’t have the phones in stock. On 1/12 I went into their office to see if the phones had been delivered. They said that they had “in store” stock that they could provide instead. I stated I would only take one of them, as that one was a brand new line and would not need a number ported over; and would get the others later when they arrived. At that time I was charged $243, for the phone set up, a case and a screen protector. The man there said I could go back the next day and get one of their store phones. The next day I went back and stated I’d like to just take the phones and set them up myself as $243 for just setting up the phone, a case and screen protector—times the three phones I have is too steep. At that time he stated “I can’t give you these phones, they aren’t yours-they are store stock.” I stated I would wait for my phones to be delivered. Several days later I went on the Verizon app and can see my phones were actually delivered 1/9 (see photo) —when I went there on both 1/12 and 1/14 and they told me they didn’t have my phones. I then went in again today, 23 as I work long hours and could not go in—only for him to tell me again that there is a fee for set up—which he states he told me at the time of ordering them. Mind you on 1:13 he never stated this, only that the phones were not mine! Attached are the receipt from Verizon for 0.00, and the delivery notice that they literally had my phones. Each time I went in the guy had more and more of an attitude!! All I want are my phones, but I will never do business with them—ever.
