    The workers at this store are totally and completely incompetent. We went in for help to transfer my wife’s number to my account and they told us we had to go to a different store way out of our way, and the workers at the other store told us to just call a number to get it taken care of.

    El empleado afroamericano que tienen en la tienda me trato pésimo, así mismo a mi hijo que incluso le trato de quitar el teléfono de mi hijo de sus manos, una riseria en la tienda burlándose. De veras que a esa tienda no vuelvo y tampoco la recomendaría. Me sentí completamente humillada.

    Highly recommend for any Verizon phone or plan-related needs. My family and I recently needed help upgrading and transferring our phones. Lamar, the manager, was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. He was transparent about pricing and took the time to answer all of our many questions without ever making us feel rushed. While we were there, we also observed Lamar and his team assisting other customers with the same level of care- everyone was friendly, respectful, and focused on helping people find solutions. Overall, the team provides great service, and I’d absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth and honest experience.

    Excellent service , we were treated with respect and helped us with the set up of our two new Iphones17🤩we will recommend this local Verizon Store in Poinciana to our friends and neighbors in Solivita . After being with AT&T for over 25 years was very refreshing to find a new option with better monthly rates and great service close to our home
