One of the employees even admitted to my girlfriend that they do this when i realized that the leasing company took over $250 over the amount of the phone. Progressive leasing was professional and even mentioned they get a lot of complaints from this store about shady business practices. I can’t speak on the rest of cricket wireless but I will never do business with them again especially not this store please just go to a better phone store one that doesn’t resort to lying to it’s customers.
