    Every time I need to make an appointment to get something repair either. By picking up a TV even from my refrigerator I'm giving the run around, I do off the check off lift, trying to talk to customer service about why nobody show over my house today for my appointment. And keep on saying you appointment is active. I've been given the run around too many times and too many times wasting my whole day and my family's time waiting to get something done. That is essential in our household. And all that all the answers are supposed to say, oh it's a third party. I don't care if it's a third party. I made the appointment. Why nobody can bother the follow-up? And nobody say, oh you didn't do the following day. I did the step-by-step process to get things done. And I just keep getting pushed in the back, burning over and over again once for the TV 4 times scheduling through to get my TV repair. Now my refrigerator that's essential to my household. To keep to put away food items that reuse on a regular basis and everything.If they don't get their act up together, what's the point of what's the point of being called best by you should be called best, not so best buy

    I come here a lot and today was the first day someone went out of their way to help me. I was sitting by the smart watches trying to Google which one would be best for me and Daniel Datta could see I was having trouble deciding. He came up to me without me even asking for help and informed me on all the watches he was full of knowledge and helped me decide on a watch I wasn't even looking at because I had no idea how good it was. I asked his name just to give him some credit he definitely saved me a lot of time today thank you.

    My IPhone 15 face ID stopped working after a few months of just having the phone and I made an appointment with geek squad to look into it. They ran a diagnostic and told me my true depth sensors weren’t working. They ordered me a new part and I came back a couple days later for the installation. After the installation they told me it was still having the same problem and that they would reach out to apple. But when I took my phone back not only was my face ID still not working but now I can’t access my camera either. Seems they made my phone worse instead of fixing it. I am highly disappointed with the results.

    This is a good Best Buy with plenty parking and efficient curbside pick up. The associate JASON at the online order pick up zone inside the store really helped everything go smooth and to make matters even crazier it was Christmas Eve! I got a look at his name tag and it said Jason… he had dark hair and was a chill yet cheerful guy! All of us were so grateful for him because he kept people smiling and was very helpful looking through peoples’ emails and giving suggestions of multiple places to check when an order didn’t seem to be readily available for pick up. He was smiling the whole time and even bobbing his head to some music, which relaxed all the other customers and myself. Jason, if you ever see this, thanks for helping me get my Meta Ray-Ban glasses on time and just IN TIME as well. You are appreciated.

    Ordered a laptop online for in store pickup, Thursday Dec 18. The website said it would be available within the hour. Went to the store 2 hours later to pick it up, there was no one in the exterior online order pickup spots, there was no one in the online order pickup line inside. My order still was not ready, despite me apparently being the only person waiting on an order. When I spoke to the young curly haired employee at the order pickup counter they said it wasn’t ready. It is one laptop. They said it would take at minimum an hour, possibly until the end of the day for it to be ready. Again, for someone to get one laptop, which I have already paid for, off of the shelf and walk it up to the front of the store. I left rather than wait. Luckily, I checked my order status on Friday evening Dec 19th, before going to pick it up,m. 24 hours later, it still is not ready. So I call, get hung up on four times by Best Buy’s budget AI receptionist, and finally speak to not one, but three different representatives to get to the right person, to find out that for no reason whatsoever, it still is not ready, and they’re not working on it. That person then assured me they would get it handled. Guess what, 3 hours later, still not ready. One laptop, that is sitting there, brand new, on the shelf already paid for. 30 hours later no one can scan it and walk it 50 meters to the front of the store. I will never shop at this store again.
