I made it to this particular location, and Mimi and Alina were such a tremendous help in getting me a new phone, and getting me set up to be able to access apps without me having my Apple ID password to gain access to my iCloud. However, the customer service didn’t stop there, they allowed me to contact them outside of work to help me regain access to my ICloud after I had made it home from vacation. They were amazing, spectacular, and such a delight to work with. I was a nervous wreck, but they stayed calm, and helped me through the entire process!! I live no where near Key West, but I know I will look them up and travel down there to buy my next phone!! Ladies, thank you for all your help!!

I'm with Verizon now and believe it or not my monthly bill is only $0.64 more a month and a promise that my bill will not change or any surprised charges.. 0. I also have premium unlimited 5G. Won't slow down after you use 50 gigs and I have priority when the network is too busy... Also got 30 GB of hotspot data and YouTube premium with a 36-month guarantee... T-Mobile is no different than a toxic relationship after you get in the door... I absolutely hate that company with every single fiber of my being..
