They kept saying someone was coming out from the back room to help us, but NOBODY came out of the back room.... They seemed to not be very knowledgeable as well, when I was FINALLY seen by a representative. Three of the customers left before me left, that weren't able to get any help. I was coming in to buy a new Samsung phone and start a new plan of my mother and I. Eventually, I left without buying anything. I didn't feel comfortable spending over $2000 on a new phone and plan. I will try T-Mobile and see if they are more capable and knowledgeable.
