The personnel was very pleasant and professional. I did not require a vet but the woman in reception was very helpful and had a sincere concern for my dog. I just relocated here and she helped me identify my rescue's age and breed and for my own edification did a free chip reading. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received on my very first visit. LIFE WITHOUT A DOG IS EMPTY!

We have been bringing our dogs to this office since 1987 Dr Prince and Dr Eslick Wealways had wonder service. This past year our dog has had multiple vets, all leaving without any notice to us and not finding out until we called to make appointment or showed up for an appointment. Office has changed drastically. Weare being texted to get vaccines that our dog had already received. We dont get a print out of new vaccines unless we ask We have left this practice.

My sweet Lola passed with VCA on Monday, March 2nd. She and I were treated with so much care, comfort and compassion. Kim in reception helped me along the way, even afterwards, when I realized I wanted my baby’s fur to be picked up rather than mailed out. She was so compassionate with me and very patient, I thank her. The nurse, who I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she had a pin on her name tag, was extremely compassionate and gentle with my Lola during the process. She was patient with me, and walked me through the whole process. The veterinarian, who I also didn’t get his name, was compassionate and gentle as well. He explained the process, and was very gentle with her as well. They allowed me to spend as much time with her as I needed, and ensured she’d be in the best care possible.
This process was extremely hard for me and the decision was the hardest thing for me to make. They squeezed time in their day, to assist Lola cross the bridge. They understood the urgency of the situation and was extremely patient with me.
I highly recommend this clinic. Losing my girl was the hardest thing I’ve gone through, and they made it a bit more easier. I thank them.

This practice has gone totally downhill over the last year. I have been bringing my dogs here for 20 plus years and it's now all about money. The junior staff are excellent but the manager doesn't seem to want to address issues. The VCA care club is a joke and not worth the money. I have paid $1,200 this year for the care club, barely used it and cancelled at the begining of December. Even though I paid for a full year, my membership was cancelled immediately and they wanted to charge me full price for today's vist. All I received was sorry with no offer of a solution. Beware, there are far better practices that care about your pet more than your dollar. I am transferring the care of my dog to another practice and feel utterly disgusted at how I have been treated.
