I wanted to see if it was worth the switch even though I had had my previous provider for over 12 years. And let me tell you...IT WAS. Jason helped us navigate what plans and phones would make the most sense. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions with ease. I cannot recommend Verizon and Jason more. If you plan on going to Verizon for any reason ask for him!

Even though there was a lot of people in the store, he managed to help me and go through the process. The next day, the system had a glitch and it did not accept the trade in process but he was very quick on reaching out to me and letting me know of the situatuon and he stayed in store even if it is almost closing time just to make sure the situation resolved. Would highly recommend jason to other people going to verizon on baymeadows.
- AAAlenkaDec 8, 20251.0Jason, who served me, is the most disgusting person I've ever served in my life. I came to pay my bill and connect the third line, including the phone. I was going to spend money by Christmas, but Jason behaved disrespectfully to me, even inadequately. He warned me when I came in that he was sitting with a woman for 4 hours and helping her at the moment and that it would take another 30 minutes. The time was 7pm. As a result, I waited 50 minutes and he never apologized. But he was very friendly with the woman and her family , who came with pizza and ate, I understood that it was his acquaintances. As a result, when they ate and talked, he came up to me, he was in video call with the girl with whom he discussed his every move and I didn't even understand whether he was talking to me or to her. As a result, when I got to my questions, he said: And now my time is up. Come tomorrow. I was stunned!!!! It's not respectful, I told him. And he answered me: And I don't care!!! That's exactly what he said!!! I don't want to be a Verizon customer any more after that!

Jason was so helpful and kind the entire time- I had been having issues with my current iPhone (reason for my visit) He was amazing enough to find me several deals and upgrades (free home internet box upgrade; upgrade to the AMAZING SHINY ORANGE iPhone 17 pro max that I’ve been eyeing since it came out; and even an Apple Watch AND iPad- all for free with my old device trade in!) BOOM 💥 so happy. Oh and he was able to help me navigate my current bill and find ways for me to save a bit of money, like by switching to auto pay, deactivating my jet pack mifi device which I only use for my cameras inside my house, and upgrading my internet which gave me free netflix and hbo max (saving money here again because now I get to cancel my current accounts) I SWEAR I’M GONNA HAVE EXTRA MONEY COMING OUT OF MY EYEBALLS NOW! I’ll definitely be back - baymeadows Verizon has my business indefinitely. I’ll be sure to send friends and family this way as well. Thanks so much to Jason for providing quality service and making my life so much easier.
