  Came in just for a bill pay and was able to walk out with a brand new phone! Miss Sade helped me transfer everything off my old rinky phone and she was great conversation as well 🌟 10/10 store and customer service

  ( Jan 3 2026 between 3pm tel 3:30pm )Poor customer service, There was a female employee who made me wait without telling me approximately how long the wait would be. She was only transferring a customer’s information from his old phone to his new one. After 20 minutes of waiting,I asked her how much time was left with the current customer until it was my turn, and she said 50 minutes, Then I asked her some questions and she answered me, butThe conversation was not pleasant; I felt like she just wanted to get rid of me so she could go back to talking to the other customer, even though transferring phone data is an automatic process.

  Jalen was amazing, offered me deals I didn't even know existed and perks I could use to my advantage, 10/10 best Verizon store I've been to.

  I visited this store today and was very disappointed with the experience. There was one employee and one other customer present. The employee was engaged in a lengthy personal conversation, including discussing his family background, but did not acknowledge us at any point during the approximately 10 minutes we were waiting. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way toward providing better customer service. Left and went to another store for 2 new phones!
