  ​I am writing to commend the absolutely outstanding support I received from Brandon Massey and Jonathan Woodson at the Verizon store today. ​I came in facing a critical issue: I had locked myself out of my phone, which created a tremendous problem as I am a working nurse and rely entirely on my device for my job and communication. Without the phone, I could not work. ​Brandon and Jonathan immediately recognized the severity of the situation and jumped on the issue with remarkable speed and professionalism. They not only successfully resolved the lockout and got my phone fully functioning again, but they also used the time to provide exceptional added value. ​They took the initiative to review my husband's and my current bill and were able to propose a solution that gave us better internet service, resulting in a more efficient plan overall. This level of comprehensive service—solving an urgent technical problem while proactively optimizing our account—is truly rare. ​Their work was exceptional. They turned what was a highly stressful emergency into a smooth, positive experience, and they deserve full recognition for their technical skills and superior customer care.

He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill, successfully navigating every detail required to set up my new device. More importantly, Brandon made me feel comfortable and valued throughout what had previously been a stressful ordeal.   I came into Verizon today , had some issues with passwords on my phone , I worked with Brandon b in store . He fixed my passwords for me and got me out in a timely manner . He is very professional !
