Ive always ordered my phones from Verizons website and never incurred any bogus fees to setup the cellphone. David told us when we paid this was the activation fee for the line. Today I received a 40 dollar activation fee on my bill. If you buy a phone, use the website and pick in-store pickup or delivery. You wont be scammed with this fee.
