  Ronald S. at Verizon was extremely helpful with the purchase of my new phone. I even had to return to the store to troubleshoot a download issue, and he assisted me right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service experience!

  I came in to Verizon Wireless and received some excellent service from Earl Chaney. My eSim card was fried but Earl fixed it so fast I wasn’t even in the store 10 minutes! This is some outstanding service and technical knowledge Z I didn’t even have to go to the Apple Store for a diagnostic. Earl restored my faith in humanity.

  My husband and I were racially profiled by the manger. Simply wanting to update the address for a business account set up because another store entered it wrong. I was told just to go to a corporate location and provide proof of address using a bill. He wanted to check my business and know what kind of business it was. Mind you we just did the business verification and was approved on Thursday at the other store by the back office customer service they called. I’ll never go back and I’ll just stay with the company we’re currently using….. Trash behavior go better! Arrogant and distasteful

  Chris was such a huge help, James as well! After having 2 bad experiences with 2 different stores, we came here. Chris explained things to us, and gave us options. My daughter walked out with a new iPhone and everyone was happy. I want to say again, Chris and James went above and beyond to rectify a situation they didn't cause! Great guys and we definitely will be coming back to this store and this store only.

  First and foremost thank you for being open on Sunday!!! So my daughter’s phone has been shutting off randomly this was the reason for my visit. We went to the Orange Park location first worst mistake of my life. Drove to the town center and were were pleasantly greeted by Chris and James. Explained to Chris about the phone shutting off and that another store said she was eligible for an upgrade. Well Chris professionally showed me his tablet and showed that there was no upgrade available for my daughter’s phone. He added everything up and gave me the number to pay off device and to get her a new phone. But he went above and beyond and added a line and made his magic happen so my daughter walked away with a new phone with no issues and same number . From start to finish Chris was professional and on point with all questions. He even had a credit added to the account for the confusion and frustration from the other store. Chris and James for employees of the year. Thank yall so much!
