- JRJerod RandolphDec 23, 20255.0I would like to shout out the crew over at the Towncenter location. Mr Earl and Austin are true men of standards and high morals. I had the worst 2 hours of my life trying to get a new buisness account started with this horrible company. The customer care reps are horrible. I was on hold for 2 hours, i was hung up on 4 times, and transferred to the same place 3 times. Then I had the brite idea of calling the corporate store in Orange Park. Biggest mistake ever from sassy managers to rude team members that store is a joke. The sassy manager had alot to say when he was hanging up the phone. But I called back in and he again would not accept accountability and get on the phone so he could repeat his self. The other so called manager would not give me his name so I could report him. I reached out to the Town center store to see if they had a corporate number. I spoke to Mr. Earl he listened and was polite and very customer service savvy. He told me the only options he had and he tried to earn my buisness. Then he put Mr. Austin on the line and he tried to help me. They really wanted to make this right. They truly wanted to earn my buisness. It was amazing to talk to them. I commend them for being true PROFESSIONALS, and wanting to take care of their potential customers. If only I had called them first I would be a Verizon customer. But unfortunately I spoke to the other horrible customer service reps in the call center and sassy local managers. So the damage was done. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Mr. Earl and Mr. Austin at the Town centers location you guys are top tier in my book. You guys are true professionals, and we truly appreciate you guys for everything you all do. Earl and Austin for area directors yall have my vote. Great job again fellas keep up the great work!
