- MDMichael DunlopDec 12, 20251.0This practice has gone totally downhill over the last year. I have been bringing my dogs here for 20 plus years and it's now all about money. The junior staff are excellent but the manager doesn't seem to want to address issues. The VCA care club is a joke and not worth the money. I have paid $1,200 this year for the care club, barely used it and cancelled at the begining of December. Even though I paid for a full year, my membership was cancelled immediately and they wanted to charge me full price for today's vist. All I received was sorry with no offer of a solution. Beware, there are far better practices that care about your pet more than your dollar. I am transferring the care of my dog to another practice and feel utterly disgusted at how I have been treated. Follow up Jan 16, 2026 VCA Loretto Animal Hospital contacted me to discuss and address my concerns. I very much appreciate their response and wish them future success.

Dr. Martin is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I truly trust him with my pets’ care. The entire staff is fantastic—Kim and Estephany at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful, and Ashley, the manager, does a great job running the clinic. The tech team is also wonderful—professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. I always feel like my pets are in the best hands here. Highly recommend!
