VCA Augustine Loretto Animal Hospital has been absolutely amazing with my pets. Dr. Martin is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I truly trust him with my pets’ care. The entire staff is fantastic—Kim and Estephany at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful, and Ashley, the manager, does a great job running the clinic. The tech team is also wonderful—professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. I always feel like my pets are in the best hands here. Highly recommend!

The person who answered the phone had no patience at all. I called, but since she didn’t hear me clearly, she hung up the next second. When I called again, it kept getting hung up on me. Are they really that busy?!

Great team and service at Vca . My dog wasn’t feeling good and they got me in the same day for treatment . They took great care of her and kept me informed of everything . They even followed up the next day to see how she was doing .

We took my 3 month old kitten in to get checked out because we couldn't tell if it was a boy or a girl (it's a boy) and they said over the phone we could just come on and do a quick check. We go in and they act like they had no idea what I was talking about. After we get into a room, we waited for around 40 minutes before my friend who was with me at the time goes out there and asks when the technician is going to come look at the cat and they said "Oh I'll go let them know that's insane" like hello you didn't tell them they had a patient?? After a few more minutes a tech comes in and does a brief exam before saying that the Dr would come in soon. We waited around another 30 minutes before deciding to leave and as soon as we do leave the Dr comes out. They said over the phone that it would take a few minutes when we wasted over an hour maybe two just to find out if it's a boy or a girl. It was ridiculous, we were the only ones in the lobby and you didn't hear much movement besides the occasional bark. I understand that it's a business and they have other patients but it should not have taken that long when it was not busy for a check that took 2 minutes. And on top of that they tried to get me to start vet plans with them. Don't waste your money the staff is short with you anyways. The staff just seems pissy and quick to judge you, there is a reason why their lobby was empty.
