- WRWyndae Alexandra RaequinnFeb 9, 20261.0I was told to come here after Apple diagnostics sent me to this place. I walk in there and not only is the both the Best Buy counter staff and the geek staff rude, but then they want to charge me $675 to fix this phone. I go to a different store iPhone 911 and I get charged $20 to get something fixed, it only took 10 minutes to fix. The people a geek is like they want to order a whole new thing that cost $675. That wouldn’t need me to be there until the next day and even then it’ll probably take two or three days to put in. So no, I’m not going to geek squad. And I probably will never go to Best Buy if I can help it again. In fact, that whole store and the geek squad are just terrible, terrible terrible terrible people.
