  Terrible service, difficult transaction when recipe and phone was provided. Employee was rude and insinuating that we were trying to scam, had to take a trip to the bank for nothing because nothing was wrong, after so much trouble they finally gave a refund after a heated discussion, I called the store to get employee number and got hung up, kept calling and no answer DO NO VISIT THIS CRICKET. I have audio evidence of this unprofessional service treatment, this person should not work on customer service

  Este comentario es para los que hablan español, no se acerquen a esa tienda, el domingo fui con mi hija a comprar un teléfono y lo pagamos , pero esperar por el envío, a los 15 minutos regresamos porque no nos dijeron la capacidad del teléfono y era menor , no lo quisimos y pedimos que nos regresaran el dinero, pues no , hay que esperar por el envío y luego traerlo, así lo hicimos, pues hoy hemos pasado mucho trabajo para que nos regresen el dinero hasta el banco fuimos a pedir un certificado de la cuenta de banco y después de batallar lo logramos faltando unos 27 dólares por alguna activación que nunca se hizo, le doy una estrella porque no hay números negativos si no fuera -9.99 ,no se acerquen a esa tienda
