Ayer fui a activar un teléfono y pagué $67, pero el teléfono estaba bloqueado, así que la activación nunca se completó. No me dieron recibo. Hoy regresé para pedir un reembolso o una explicación, y la manager me trató muy mal, no quiso ayudarme y hasta llamó a la policía en lugar de resolver el problema. Esto es totalmente falta de profesionalismo y respeto. Pagué por un servicio que nunca se hizo y además recibí un trato irrespetuoso. Me atendió la muchacha Melisa Me estafaron Y mucho racismo solo por no saber hablar inglés

Fue un gran robo I had a terrible experience at the Cricket store located at 9788 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246. Yesterday, I went to activate a phone and paid $67, but the phone turned out to be locked, so the activation was never completed. They also didn’t give me a receipt. When I went back today to ask for a refund or an explanation, the manager was extremely rude, refused to help, and even called the police on me instead of solving the problem. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid for a service that was never provided, and I was treated with disrespect. Customers deserve honesty and proper service.
