Was going there to see about adding 2 lines to my verizon account along with buying other things at this location but felt uncomfortable after witnessing a white gentleman in a black work shirt berating a black person in an incredibly unprofessional manner. Then after seeing how he was impatiently assisting this female customer with glasses helped me decide never to go to this location again for any of my electronic needs in general and will not recommend anyone going to this location in orange park going forward.

Went there tonight to buy a Samsung tablet. Chloe was the one who helped me. She was so nice and was able to find the last tablet available. Glad Chloe was there tonight cause a lot of the other staff aren’t that helpful. Thank you Chloe!

I bought a laptop and after setting it up the port broke and it would not charge we only had used it about 24 hours took it back to the store I thought it would be exchanged it out no they had to send it out to be repaired it would take it 4 to 5 weeks. I believe ithe port was never properly sodered. I have never been so disappointed with Best Buy I bought 4 tv's from Best Buy and several thousands of dollars from them. I will have to definitely think twice about purchasing from them again.

Christmas saved! I pulled up to Best Buy on Christmas Eve as they were locking the doors. I happened to catch the manager Matt “MCH” and told him I had preordered a laptop as a gift. I didn’t realize they closed at 7p. MCH didn’t hesitate to unlock the door to find my order. These days you just don’t see that kind of customer service. Especially since I’m sure they had a long, busy day. MCH found my order and saved my day. Also, he didn’t make me feel bad that he was doing it. Can’t recommend the store enough. Very much appreciated
