- DLDeborah LandonJan 3, 20265.0I bought a flash drive and I couldn't figure out how to get my pictures on it. So, I went back and they told me to have a seat somebody would be right with me. I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes, which I didn't mind. I didn't make an appointment and he was helping someone else. When it was my turn, I told Nicolas what my problem was. He looked it over and realized for me, Google stuck my pictures in a cloud. I didn't know I had a cloud. He was able to figure out how to get my pictures on the flash drive and told me to bring my lap top up there and he would help me to put them on it. He was very friendly and professional. I hope he remembers this old lady when I take my lap top up there. We bought our phones from them about a month before that, And about a week after that I cracked my screen protector and they replaced it for free. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at this store are helpful, friendly and patient. The crew over at the TVs are wonderful and have a good working relationship which shows. Just tell them what your looking for and they are on it with your budget in mind. They will walk back and forth across the department with you answering all your questions. James and Wilburn are a great team!

This item was bought in North Carolina when I was visiting family, and I didn’t open it until the next day when I was back home in Florida. I went this Best Buy, which is my usual store, not sure they could do anything for me, but very frustrated about my situation and kicking myself for not having checked earlier. This Best Buy lived up to my past experience and surpassed my expectations, helping me quickly, with kindness and I left with what I needed. I had great personal interactions with the staff, as usual. Thanks for being so great!!
