The return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I am so beyond annoyed. I ordered toner online for pick up because I needed it same day, and it showed that one toner was available. After I ordered, I received an email stating that the toner was not in stock. I tried canceling over the phone and the wait time with the phone call was such a waste of time. I waited over an half an hour to cancel my order and I was transferred 4 times (given the run around about which department had the ability to cancel.

Had to return Shokz mini run pro with warranty. Somehow when I purchased the Shokz about a year ago at another Best Buy location the warranty was cancelled; not sure why it was cancelled. The manager on duty…Kevin was very helpful, accommodating and fixed the issue. After the issue was fixed, the return was granted and another warranty was purchased. I left this Best Buy location completely satisfied knowing Best Buy covered the error from the previous purchase. Thank you again to the MOD.

Came here for a pick up order of one item and the checkout employee was on the phone on speaker with somebody cursing and yelling on the other line and continue to have the conversation for minutes on end while not assisting. Took 10 minutes to retrieve the pick up order.
