I saw a network adapter for sale. The price had been marked way down to $40. I decide to give it a try. It gave me issues. The adapters speed gave me 1/4 of my old adapters speed. But my network was giving me issues, so I wasn't sure if it was my adapter or not. I did a speed test on the new and old adapter. The new adapter turned out to be more problematic than my old one.
Turns out I was outside of the 14 day policy. Don't ever buy something on sale at Bestbuy. They do that because they know it's a defective POS and they know there is a good chance you won't come back to return it in time.
Some pretty shady business practices. When grocery stores get a notice about contaminated food, they literally throw it in the garbage. I guess when a tech store realizes they have defective products, they just put it on sale so suckers will buy it and not return it in time.

Dale! In the past few weeks I have had a few tech issues involving my Iphone SE. Everytime that I have had an issue, scheduled with the Geek Squad, Best Buy has punched above it's weight class. Keep up the great work!

While it's nice to have brick and mortar locations, Best Buy as a corporate entity should be avoided. Signing up for the Best Buy rewards credit card is a scam, they hope you will forget that it auto renews so they can get the renewal fee and subsequent late fees. It is difficult to get any dispute resolutions. You have to deal with Best Buy customer service, Citibank and phone operators that are hard to understand due to accents.
