    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience at Best Buy. I dropped my phone off for repair on Sunday, 1/4, and picked up the replacement phone on Thursday, the 8th. At pickup, the associate essentially handed me the phone with no explanation about backup, data transfer, or next steps. Now it’s 7pm, updates are running, and my phone is telling me I must have my OLD phone physically near the NEW phone to transfer my data — information that would have been critical to know before leaving the store. It got worse. I asked for help finding a case for the new phone. The associate couldn’t even identify what phone model I had. After about 15 minutes, he finally found a case that fit — great. Then he removed my phone from the case, put it back on the shelf, and said, “so you can look here,” leaving me standing there confused. I had also clearly told him I wanted to buy a new Apple Watch, which was never followed up on at all. Finally, when I dropped my phone off, I was told there would be no charge. At pickup, I was charged $99. When I questioned it, the response was: “Oh, sometimes that just happens.” That is not an acceptable explanation. This experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and careless. I left with more problems than I arrived with — and now I’m spending my evening trying to fix issues that should have been handled in-store. Very disappointing.

    I walked in to get an item that was supposedly in stock. When I got there, there wasn't any workers in sight. A cell phone rep helped me, and the item was not in stock. What a wasted drive.
