Sounds like they have employees holding onto cards for themselves. Bad business.

Once waited 40 minutes just to get a new iPad charger. Last straw is that I ordered a TV to be delivered and installed on a date. Got an email confirming the date after the order. I hear nothing until the day before when I contact them and they say my appointment was scheduled for the following week while I am looking right at the confirmation email with the correct date! I wasted a vacation day on this incompetence. Got a refund and will NEVER shop here again! Do yourself a favor—order on Amazon and you will likely still get it faster!
