I have worked with Mauricio, Logan, and Miyu who were incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. I had not been to an Apple Store before and only ever worked with my cell phone carrier for issues. Will only be coming here from now on! Service was amazing.

Went into apple for a simple trade in, a month later my card is being charged due to my trade in being cancelled. Apple warehouse never received my phone that I left in the care of the employee. Followed all the directions given to me in the store and now I’m jumping through hoops because everything is being canceled due to them. Worst experience ever! EDIT: Maury is the absolute best and deserves a raise! He was able to solve the problem in hours & explained everything along the way. Can’t thank him enough!

My mother and I visited the Apple Store to purchase AirPods as a gift. We were greeted at the entrance and directed to the correct area, but unfortunately the experience declined from there. The two employees assisting with AirPods did not acknowledge us with a greeting or offer help proactively. Their demeanor immediately made us feel as though our presence was an inconvenience. When we asked about AirPods, one of the employees explained the prices and differences between the models, but did so in a rude, sarcastic manner, as if we should have already known this information. There was no effort to be helpful or friendly. After providing the basic details, she simply stared at us, waiting for us to make a decision, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessarily pressured. To be honest, I did not want to purchase from them based on the way we were treated. Had the item not been a gift, we would have left without completing the purchase. This level of customer service was disappointing and far below the standard we expect from Apple.

11/04/2025: Went here today to get an iPhone Pro for my son. Never had an iPhone in this family. The associate, I belive her name is Shameka is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Never stepped inside an Apple store before either. Store was hard to find. Probably because the Apple logo is WHITE and blends in with the paint outside. I'm still an Samsung Galaxy user but today's society caused my son to go to the Apple side. Was thinking about disowning him but Shameka saved him from removing him from the family registry by being super helpful and also my son paid for his own phone. Impressive.

I have gone here 3x and two out of three times, it was the WORST customer service. Today for example, there was a worker (started with an ‘I’) (maybe Ivene?) but she was trying to force the Apple Card payment from my dad, force my mom do to the iCloud backup, as well as forcing my mom to do the Apple Care payment. When my mom said no to the Apple Care, the worker thought it was a bright idea to say “I better not see you here in 3 months when your phone messes up”. She also kept forcing my dad to add cards to his wallet and that it’s “concerning” that he hasn’t done that yet. She also tried to wipe my mom’s old phone before the transfer was EVER completed. At the end of day, we went to AT&T and it turns out that the worker accidentally was trying to add a new line to our carrier and not transferring the phone number to the new phone. She kept blaming our carrier. I wouldn’t suggest going here. I typically go to the Apple Store in Orlando and never have an issue with the workers.
