    Painful experience, wait times are way too long. Service is ok, but maybe Apple should try to work on solving this “pain point” for its customers.

    Let’s just say I can see why this store is rated under three stars. The service is absolutely horrible. I set an appointment for a battery service he said he had to keep my phone overnight because it is a 6pm appointment and they are backed up. In my honest opinion they shouldn’t accept appointments later in the evening if you can’t accommodate same day service. I left without my phone getting repaired. Apple Store in Orlando is 100% better and has always solved my issues the same day. Next time I’ll travel there. I will never come back to this Apple Store again.

    I came in with a phone that wouldn't load and no backup of my photos. It was pretty upsetting but also my own fault for not having made a backup. Absolutely every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind and patient. I was there a long time dealing with a laptop update and purchasing a new phone and attempting to restore my files. I noticed all of the employees being super kind and nice to absolutely everyone in the store while I was there. Brian, who was assigned to my issue, checked on me throughout the day, was incredibly helpful and I really felt went above and beyond. Amanda who I think was the supervisor was also super nice. My tech issue was my own fault but they helped me as best as possible to find a workaround. Ultimately I lucked out and was able to recover my data. I was really, really impressed by the entire staff there.

    Extremely impressive customer service by 2 young gentleman. My husband was upgrading from 11Pro and myself upgrading from my very old iPhone 8 which I’ve had since 2017! These 2 young men who assisted us were patient with us old folks who are not up on new iPhones and technology. They helped us select the phones best suited for our needs and made the data swap process seemingly easy! They explained some of the new features of our new phones and installed our screen protectors and cases for us. Location had plenty of close free parking and this store had clean restrooms. Would highly recommend.

    I spent 3 hours here on Sunday. And I’m so happy I did. To be clear, I was done within an hour, the rest was spent waiting for my messages to be synced up because I wanted it done before I left and apparently, I text like a maniac. My sales rep Randy was super helpful and nice the whole time. Checking on me and the progress and did not rush me out. My iPhone 13 had begun overheating excessively so I had come in to get a iPhone 17 Pro as that had been recommended to me by a friend. I ended up getting a 17 Pro Max as I wanted a bigger model. I absolutely love it. The battery life is INSANE. I had so many questions and Randy was nice enough to answer them all and everyone was so kind throughout the whole process. This was my third time in the store and I can honestly say that each time has been only been a positive experience. They do their best to get to you quickly despite always being busy, they are so patient, can answer every question I’ve ever had, and make you feel good in general. Things like that are what keep me with Apple, and I’m good with that.
