They had my phone for repair for 30 days and I ended up having to take the 2 hour drive to the store to address the problem and my phone was ready the next morning all the sudden absolutely horrible service and I will be canceling Apple care

If you gotta go, you gotta go. Apple doesn't offer lots of alternatives. It was very busy and the staff had a hard time helping everyone in a timely fashion. Since Apple doesn't have widespread availability, I noticed that lots of people, including us, had come from out of town. Parking near the store is pretty much non-existent, creating a real problem for handicapped individuals.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Apple Store. The employee friendliness was extremely poor, and there was a complete lack of urgency in handling the replacement I had already ordered.
The store felt very unorganized, and the overall interaction came across as unprofessional. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this was far below what I expect from Apple.

Bad service. If possible I would give 0 star.
I came here 3 times and they did not solve the issue with my Mac. Repair time 1 week appointment time also about 1 week. Horrible service . I have been paying for Apple care + for 3 years for nothing. I won’t buy Apple anymore. Good bye 👋

I went in for 2 appointments for my iPad Pro and iPhone 11. I haven’t gone to the Apple Store in probably about a year and a half to replace my iPad and it was an entirely different experience. First off the wait time was way shorter than I’ve ever experienced. Second the check-in/appointment itself was a breeze. And lastly, my genius was freaking phenomenal. His customer service was so great that I called into the store to make sure I got his name right before writing this review, really friendly, let me know about potential trade in promos for my Mac mini, filled me in on the updates about the repair/replacement process since the last time i came in, gave m suggestions on future Apple products, was quick and efficient. I’ve worked retail and have worked as an Apple pro under via geek squad so being on both ends I can easily say this was one of the best and easiest Apple appointments I’ve ever seen/been apart of. I’m not even one to leave reviews very often unless it’s a negative experience, but hats off to you Adam!
