  We were moving out of the area, I had a bunch of electronics to get rid of, they take e-waste! Thank goodness, because it was a lot!!

  Probably going to order online from this point on. I bought an iPad and had it set up to be picked up from the store. I showed my ID, and the associate then asked me if I wanted to add Apple Care and I replied yes. As I was moving the money from my savings to my checking account when the associate pushed the transaction through on his register (my card is on file) and my bank declined it. From that moment the weirdness began. He asked me “Did you cancel the transaction?” Why would I cancel? The money already left my account and I’m here to retrieve my iPad. He held onto the iPad as if it weren’t paid in full, and called a manger over who was able to fix the situation and allow me to pay for just the Apple Care. I don’t appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable, especially when I just spent over $300.

  Came in for a pick up, Darren, the general manager on duty was so considerate and helpful. He was warm and inviting. He even loaded my 50’’ into the truck with care after I asked for a dolly. He was more than happy to help so I didn’t need the dolly. It’s great to be around some positivity even though it seems the world is chaotic right now. Overall I’ve always shopped at this location and will continue to. Thanks best buy crew!
