  Just had one of the best experiences shopping at this store. We went in for a TV and were met with the most helpful employee, Jon. We were shopping for a TV for our patio and he was so knowledgeable, which helped us feel confident in making the best decision for our situation. He was incredibly patient, kind, and he just really made the experience enjoyable for us!

  Had a pleasant experience. Employees very helpful. Had a online order pick up. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a wonderful person, very kind. Then your 2 customer service reps at checkout were so sweet and helpful!!! Ty so much for your kind words and compliments!! Ill definitely be back.

  My son and I visited Best Buy to see the Geek Squad for help with my son’s Microsoft Surface Pro, which was no longer charging the stylus. The gentleman who assisted us was absolutely amazing—very experienced, polite, and thorough in explaining all our options. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer care and attention we received, and he answered all of our questions clearly. Special recognition goes to CJ Rosario, the Geek Squad consultant who assisted us. He went above and beyond—helpful, polite, and welcoming. CJ truly knows how to make customers feel valued. I will definitely be returning to this location, and CJ’s outstanding service should be recognized—he’s at the top of the list for exceptional customer service. Great job!

  I just today went into purchase meta glasses for myself and I had the best experience from start to finish. The door greeter was amazing and very helpful and Dustin the new manager is absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable. Great team look forward to doing business again. 😊 Thank you for the excellent customer service

  I had an amazing experience buying a gaming laptop today at this location. First of all, the price was so low & I ended up saving a ton of $ which is always good. And the employees were extremely friendly and kind/helpful. Especially the employee "Key", that man was hilarious but very informative and knows his stuff. All in all, I had a great experience here today buying a new pc, and couldn't be happier with my purchase!
