  Once again I found myself at Best Buy near the Avenues Mall 9390 Southside Blvd Jacksonville. My second appliance purchase. This fo around an Insignia clothes washer. In today's times $499.00 was a good price Very simple process Keara Ricks and Stan Johnson took great care of me. I knew what I wanted, they prepared everything. A Monday delivery and good to go. Grateful for the exceptional customer service. Without a washer for three days is long enough. They made sure I received a Monday delivery. I'm hopeful this will be the last appliance purchase in this old guys life but nevertheless if I need to purchase a stove I'll be going where you should be going Best Buy

  Amplia variedad, buenos precios y buen stock. En mi caso no tenía el producto que necesitaba, pero me lo vendieron igual con entrega a partir de mañana. Me sirve porque era un producto necesario y que no se consigue en plaza.

  This location is a bit smaller than other locations ive been to. Despite the smaller size, this store has always been a good one to shop. Staff are almost always friendly and very helpful. Picked up an online order again today and it went smoothly. Even told me about a small warranty I could add for 20 bucks and what all it covered. Will continue to recommend this location!

  Had to go to two different stores today and didn't find what I was looking for, however, at both locations the young ladies that were greeting everyone were both, absolutely both of them were spectacularly helpful and couldn't have been more pleasant, and I'll be back just because of them, my item will be in the end of the week, but outstanding customer service and concern,,

  Me and my wife came in here to buy a controller and look at some other stuff, but we basically were rushed out of the store. I know we have tattoos( profiled). That’s is no reason to judge people because of their tattoos. Wasn’t even able to do a little bit of window shopping due to being bombarded by every single person in the store. I’ve been doing business with Best Buy for years now. I will definitely never be back to this location. I am a business owner in Saint Augustin. Definitely no trashy person and do not deserve to be treated that way.
