  I was recently a victim of SIM card swapping .. my cell number was given to another carrier. A temporary phone number resulted in obscene voice mails! Ty was exemplary in providing a new phone and number. He went above and beyond his normal duties to assist a frazzled old lady. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! Will definitely be a return customer to see Ty.

  Have you ever been in a situation where you needed some tech~device to work for you dependably, but did not have the mastership to get the lousy thing set~up?? And then, did you ever have anybody who stepped in, at just the right time, who knew exactly what they were doing, and got what you needed operating perfectly?? The former happens all~too~often, but the latter is rare, if ever, indeed.. And, yet, that is precisely what fortunately happened with me when i encountered Zach, at the Verizon store, at 2625 Gulf~to~Lake Hwy, in Inverness, FL. Zach totally came to my rescue, even though he owed me nothing. Initially, my inquiry with Verizon was looking to consider switching my existing telephone service over to Verizon, because my telephone service had not been working for several days. And that's when i met Zach, who works at that Verizon store. However, i needed something quickly to get necessary obligations caught~up, having been without a telephone for so long. Zach gave me a great plan of action, that entailed getting an inexpensive and immediate cellular telephone, followed by a more permanent arrangement with Verizon the following Monday. The idea worked excellently; however, even simple cellular telephone set~ups were new to me, and so, everything wasn't quite up~and~running as i needed. That's when Zach went the extra mile for me, and helped me get my 'emergency' telephone in ready, working ordre. In a matter of minutes, Zach did for me what would have taken me 1/2 the day. It was clear to me, as Zach did what he did so expediently and effortlessly, that his skills and knowledge of tech actually went far beyond the mundane. It was clear to me that Zach was a 'natural' in his line of work. And thanks to him, all my backlog got caught up. It's amazing how just a little help can go a *long* way. And i owe it all to Zach; who, again, owed me nothing, but, yet, out of the kindness of his heart, and adept expertise, solved so much for me in just 'one fell swoop'. This review is to let all those who live in Inverness know how fortunate we are to have people like Zach {who now goes by 'Zuch' :) } working here for us, and serving our community. His care, great attitude, disposition, and knowledge of his work make him a vital asset for Verizon, and to all of us. It is my hope that those reading this realize this. You are fortunate to have Zach working for you, Verizon.. Trust me, he's 'top~notch'.

  Ty was absolutely awesome switching us to Verizon. He worked really hard getting us a deal we felt was really good and got us new iPhone 17 for great deals we didn’t expect. Love this Verizon compared to the one down the street. Friendly and very personable. Good job Ty !
