Even though he was very busy he took special care of me. He was so kind and patient. He canceled my other account, transferred everything for me, made sure my phone was protected, got me my favorite color. As a senior citizen and a woman you have to be careful of who you work with because so many will take advantage of you. Eddie made me feel safe and respected. He had such nice manners and treated me with respect. I highly recommend working with him at Verizon.

Corbin always kept his appointments, never rushed us, and took all the time necessary to insure we were happy and satisfied with our new phones. We had several appointments with Corbin, all of them were necessary and needed, providing us phones that worked well when we left the store, with no need for us to return.
