    Miles seems to be the only one ever in the store and always takes care of me even when there is over 6 people waiting. Best service!

    Got a New IPhone 17 plus, they put a screen protector on at the store. But, I kept noticing this yellow spot on my phone in the top right corner. I removed the screen protector to see if I could fix, cause it looks like a print of some sort, but it don’t rub off, an truly it’s in the inside of the phone, guy said I needed to buy a special glass cleaner because it’s on the front, but if you sold me the phone and the spot, you can’t get off, and won’t do anything to fix the issue, cause he says it’s on the screen. It’s on the inside LCD, which should be manufactured defect, but they don’t want to fix and tells me to buy glass cleaner and denies it’s inside the phone. Obviously it is cause it won’t come off. Only had this around a month and a half. Customer service is everything coming from a person that ran 12 stores for returning customers, but they don’t want to take responsibility an say it’s manufacturer defect. If you can’t get the spot off and it’s on the board it’s obviously a problem and something messed up inside the phone. Take care of your customers instead of sending them out, cause you don’t want to fix it. Maybe try, hey I can take a look and get this taken care of for you instead of it’s my problem, won’t get returning customers that way. Put a 2 star cause the lady that sold the phone was nice. Thanks and never leave reviews, but bad customer service is bad customer service and it’s one thing I hate, coming from a person that has been in customer service many years.

    You will walk out bewildered. Went in to upgrade 2 phones and when I left I felt so sick to my stomach. It took forever, which I expected. Rep who helped us was new with the store but said he had worked at another VZ somewhere else. Yet, he still didn't really know what he was doing. Then they sold us on a ton of stuff without letting us know the cost of each individual item. When all was said and done, I owed over $600 at the time of payment. We bought 2 chargers, lens and screen protectors and cases. If they let us know how much everything was before they opened everything and started to put it on the phones, I never would have bought the extras. Fast forward to a few days later and I look at my next bill. It's over $400. Ummm, what? Not only did we get charged for our upgrades, but now we are getting charged for a whole other extra line. I never approved of that. After dealing with VZW online, I gave up. They did remove the extra line, but I still had to pay for it. So, I got stuck paying that $400 bill. They wouldn't adjust it. It was like talking to a rock. This is BAD business! It really makes me sick. And what makes me REALLY mad. They whole time I was there they kept saying that they were doing what they could to give us a good deal and keep the cost down for us. Ummm, ok. Thanks. All lies. Stay away from this store at all costs. Cause it WILL cost you.
