  Miles got me, my husband, and 2 kids ported over from AT&T! Best decision I've ever made! Everybody has Iphone 17 Pros and Maxes, and we all got a great deal! Also great at account recovery!

  My neighbor told me to come see Miles for the home internet! I left with a new phone as well! Excellent service and even recovered lost pictures of my granddaughter.

  Miles is horrible. When I purchased a new phone, he added products to my line while NOT ONLY not informing me of all the additional charges that would accompany those products, but ALSO stating that the products would come at no additional charge. A huge bill, hours on the phone, and multiple visits back to the store later, and I finally was able to get my phone plan back to what I initially agreed to. Needless to say I will not be working with Miles ever again. How someone can knowingly charge someone's account and not foresee that they will be upset and need the additional charges adjusted is beyond me. Be wary of Miles.

  Alert !! Deeply disturbing! Miles the representative we initially delt with, lied to us! He misrepresented the promotion. We came back before the bill hit because we recognized multiple discrepancies. He again reassured us that all was well we would not be charged the additional fees. But, there was no way around them, they were exorbitant! After time on the call with Verizon we had to return to the store. We plan to return the phone. Isabella, the clerk we worked with was able to remove some of the charges and bring it back to a reasonable fee per month. We thank God for that. We did not agree to what Miles did to us and we're very dismayed he needs to be accountable for these lies.

  Horrible service!!!! I’m from Texas and happened to be in the area, I stopped in at this location. Against my better judgement, I went because it was urgent situation. I was met by Miles, I explained I needed a new phone to replace a lost phone. He said he could help and I chose a basic I phone. He preceded to tell my wife we were eligible for perks and would make the transaction look as if we were exchanging a used phone for a new phone on a new line. He made the transaction and explained to my wife we were eligible for an I pad and Apple Watch. When we him asked how much this would affect our bill he said about $13 dollars more a month. My wife accepted the products we paid for the activation on 3 products at this store. The next day I received a message on my Verizon app showing me a bill of $577 dollars!!! I went to a corporate store and the salesperson told us it was impossible for our bill not fluctuate as much as it did because, we had added three more lines. I asked if we could return the devices there at their corporate store and they told us unfortunately you have to take them back to the retailer because their inventory was different. On Monday I drove to Homosassa and was able to return the iPad and watch but not the phone because, Miles was not present and the salesperson did not know how to accept the phone because it was confusing for her. She told us miles would be out of town for a week. We had to return to Texas and I was told we could send the telephone to them. I tried to contact someone at this store and it is impossible!!! I always get a call center in India, 8 different agents have tried to send me a shipping label!!! I finally spoke to someone here state side who told me that I had to receive a shipping label from the retailer I bought the phone from. The original date of the purchased phone was August 8 of this year it is now October 19, and I am still unable to make contact with anyone at this store. If you are a Verizon customer, stay away from retail stores and visit corporate stores!!!
