Rachel was so kind and helpful from my first phone call. Worked me in on Saturday afternoon for my cat with sore on her side. Treated so well from minute I walked in the door to leaving when finished. Ashley kept me updated as I waited. Dr Lee was exceptional. Thank you everyone.

I’m really disappointed with what’s happened at VCA Sterling Hospital. I’ve been taking my three dogs there for over six years — all of them adopted at different times, and this place was always great. The staff has always been amazing: friendly, caring, and professional.
But the service has gotten really bad. Prices have shot up, and the wait times are ridiculous. I had a 10:45 a.m. appointment for my dog’s annual checkup and I was left sitting in a room for almost hour with zero communication. Sadly, this isn’t the first time — it’s happened the last two visits. This last time I couldn’t wait much longer and ended up leaving without the exam.
I used to recommend this place to everyone, but not anymore. It’s really a shame to see how much it’s changed. Won’t be back.

Was taking my dog here for a long time. For an bacterial and yeast infection. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CURES. They are focused on the bottom line and prescribe (overpriced, btw) meds to mask the symptoms and keep your pet hooked on meds. I went to another Vet. Got proper meds...Both infections gone in one week. They sighed and nodded their head when I described the protocols/treatment received here. DON'T GO. p.s. The staff are super kind and helpful. But the owners who dictate the process...could care less about you or your dog's health.

I found myself needing a last-minute vet visit, and from the moment I called to the moment we left, every step was handled with efficiency, kindness, and exceptional care.
The staff made the process incredibly smooth, which helped ease my stress during a stressful situation. Not only did they quickly address and resolve the issue my dog was experiencing, but they also took the time to explain everything clearly along the way.
I also really appreciated how they handled my large lab who can be a lot at times but they seemed happy to work with him.
Highly recommend this practice to anyone!
