I’ve been taking my three dogs there for over six years — all of them adopted at different times, and this place was always great. The staff has always been amazing: friendly, caring, and professional. But the service has gotten really bad. Prices have shot up, and the wait times are ridiculous. I had a 10:45 a.m. appointment for my dog’s annual checkup and I was left sitting in a room for almost hour with zero communication. Sadly, this isn’t the first time — it’s happened the last two visits. This last time I couldn’t wait much longer and ended up leaving without the exam. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but not anymore. It’s really a shame to see how much it’s changed. Won’t be back.

They are focused on the bottom line and prescribe (overpriced, btw) meds to mask the symptoms and keep your pet hooked on meds. I went to another Vet. Got proper meds...Both infections gone in one week. They sighed and nodded their head when I described the protocols/treatment received here. DON'T GO. p.s. The staff are super kind and helpful. But the owners who dictate the process...could care less about you or your dog's health.
