- KEKev EastonJun 11, 20251.0June 10th 2025, I went to have my phone activated. After the card was in the machine for awhile it read timing too long, NOT CARD was DECLINED. Oscar told another employee as he was tending to a couple. He came back and asked if I was sure funds were on the card. My response was I could buy whatever 📱 in here, it's the BS new wireless card machine y'all using. He said yes it has been given problems, you know how that is. My response was no I don't know how it is, Oscar you do. Which It was because after the other employee got done Oscar went over, logged in then using that card machine the payment went through. I was in that hot store for an hour and only the young lady Oscar was assisting was there and he started with my 📱 wayyy before she left. The other employee did come to tend to the computer after his customers left. Ps.... YANNA IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE EMPLOYED BY CRICKET. I STARTED TO WALK OUT AND GO TO METRO PCS
