They double-charged my debit card for new phone service was supposed to be one charge of 434.60 but they double charged so a total of 869.20, and despite waiting over 15 days and well beyond the promised refund timeframe of 5-7 days, they have yet to issue my refund. Customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive, making it impossible to resolve this issue. I would strongly advise caution before doing business with this store. NO ONE HERE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY. Take your business somewhere else. I am reporting this issue to Florida’s consumer protection agency and consulting to see if this breaks any of Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).
