  Today we were at a Verizon store and had the worst experience, even though we are customers for 10 years. The store manager practically threw us out of the store. She told to two other employees present in the store at that moment, that no one could help us . It was incredible; I never thought I would hear this before, especially from a Verizon employee, no matter what position they hold in the company.It's incredible how Verizon has such a rude person who doesn't know how to treat customers she is not professional at all and she also discriminated against us. The lady who treated us like a garbage for not reason .She said that she was the manager and her enthnicity is African American woman very rude.We have been visiting this store specifically for a long time, and we were always treated very well, but this lady is horrible; we had never seen her before. As long as she works there, we will never come back.If I were allowed to give zero stars, I would do it.

  I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for the past four years, and Juan consistently goes above and beyond every time I visit this store. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Juan truly takes the time to understand your needs and always finds the best solutions. Because of his excellent customer service, I continue to return to this location and confidently recommend it to others. If you’re coming to this Verizon store, ask for Juan—you won’t be disappointed!

  Worst experience ever, they really don’t care about service. Verizon is terrible but this store is even worst.

  The manager Kayla Johnson provided me with phenomenal service and was able to retain my business. I've been with Verizon a very long time and was disatisfied and about to leaving and switch carriers. But she went above and beyonc to keep my business.
