He comprado, mandos de xbox, la misma consola, TVs Samsung, cables varios, laptop , y un teléfono OnePlus 12( qué no había en ningúna otra tienda y ellos lo tenian casi que desde el release date)
Y TODO en perfectas condiciónes, si que suelen ser más caras que otras tiendas pero son de mejor calidad, y el servicio de pick up es MUY bueno, siempre uso la App para buscar comprar desde ahí es más conveniente que web o tienda.

Do not use geek squad services at this location for ANYTHING other than having them apply screen protectors and even with that there are only certain techs that are capable. I brought in an IPhone 14 Pro Max that had a screen go bad on it, it was displaying a white stripe on the side but otherwise the phone worked as it should. I had geek squad replace the screen for 375 as the device did not have AppleCare. When I got the device back the tech that worked on it came out and asked me if I had the device repaired at another location at some point because he had discovered stripped screws on the device, I advised him this was the first time this phone has ever been repaired and he seemed to take some type of offense because he then started implying that I was lying to him. Later that evening after picking up the device I discovered that the earpiece speaker (the one you talk through when holding the device to your ear) no longer functioned while it was most definitely functioning when I took the device in for repair. I brought the phone back to the same store and notified them of the new problems the device has after they repaired it and they told me that there is nothing that they can do about it with them and that I should take the device to an Apple Store instead, they also insinuated that I had damaged the device after I took receipt of it by telling me that they run tests on the device when it comes in and when it leaves and they told me that when I took delivery of the device that all functions were working perfectly. I am now trying to have the device professionally repaired and the screws that are stripped are the two by the charging port which the tech must have stripped when he installed them, otherwise they wouldn’t have been able to repair the screen. The people that I encountered at the desk were very friendly but they are definitely helping to cover for their crappy techs behind the wall. Geek squad, you should be ashamed for providing service like this to your customers. What good is my total tech membership if I can’t use your services because your techs just end up causing more damage and not accepting responsibility?

They deleted all all my programs and files off my computer without my authorization! Did a restore that restored nothing! Horrible! Horrible! Now I'm screwed! Thanks experts and Geek Squad!!
