Proceed with caution when taking your device to this store. I brought my laptop in for an initial repair and upon picking it up, my keyboard wasn’t working. The worker helping me denied responsibility and it wasn’t until I spoke to the manager that a few options were presented to me. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my laptop or really any idea of when or if I will get it back.

The WORST customer service I've received in my whole life. They treat you with attitude and they want to argue with you, not solve your issues. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else to have your equipment serviced or your issues solved.
They work with Apple repairing equipment in warranty (covered by AppleCare) and I have to say this is the worst partnership I've ever expect from Apple to engage with.
I'm very disappointed of these two companies.
