Geek squad was very helpfull and professional. The store employees were not helpful or friendly. One casheir with a long line and no else trying to help with the line. Cashier walks away took look for a pickup order taking forever no one comes over to try help customers on the line.

On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM, my experience at the appliance department was extremely disappointing.
We approached a sales associate to request assistance with purchasing a microwave oven. The employee was seated and using his phone. Without getting up or properly acknowledging us, he told us to wait. Shortly after, he began assisting another customer instead. When I addressed the situation and asked why we were being skipped, he responded rudely and refused to help us altogether.
When I requested to speak with a manager, the employee completely ignored me. We eventually located the manager ourselves, who assisted us in a polite and professional manner. While the manager handled the situation appropriately, the initial employee’s behavior was unacceptable—unprofessional, discourteous, and lacking any willingness to provide customer service.
This experience fell far below the standard expected from a major retailer. I hope management addresses this matter to ensure better customer service in the future.

What’s to say about Best Buy? Not much, really. When shopping for ANYTHING electronic at least you should check out the prices and options here.
Open-box items which are discounted could also be interesting. In my case, I was shopping for AirPods which had better prices than in Apple itself.
Membership options also worth exploring.
