Muy mala experiencia. Atención al cliente pésima, cero interés en ayudar y actitud grosera. Perdí tiempo y no resolvieron nada. No recomiendo esta tienda para nada:(

Dentro de la tienda podes encontrar una gran variedad de productos electrónicos como teléfonos móviles, pc's, tablets, televisores y un sin fin de cosas más. Los precios son muy buenos, y te recomiendo que compres si tienen stock físico en la tienda, ya que tuve una mala experiencia al querer comprar un teléfono que no tenían en Stock, pero que según el sistema de la tienda de Doral, indicaba que habia 5 en otra tienda a varios kms de ahí, a donde me dirigí y me encontré con la noticia de que en la otra tampoco tenían stock. No entiendo como puede haber un error tan grande, cusndo me indicaron que en la otra tienda les figuraban 5 teléfonos del modelo que Yo quería comprar. Como recomendación a los Responsables de Best Buy, sería bueno ajustar esas diferencias que figuran en sistema para no tener estos problemas, ya que me hicieron perder 34 minutos entre ida y vuelta hasta la otra tienda. Sobre el resto de los productos que compré, no tengo quejas, y e comprado en varias oportunidades. Espero les sea útil la reseña. Saludos.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so offended by the way a manager treated me and my wife on our recent visit to the Hialeah Best Buy. The gentleman who was helping us was very professional and polite but when we went to pay for our 2 iPads he had to contact a manager to complete our price match. First the manager said he was too busy to come out then when he finally showed up he was rude and dismissive. He then said he could only price match one item so I looked up the Best Buy policy and nowhere does it say only one item. He then said he was the manager and it was at his discretion who gets a price match. Clearly on a power trip I advised him I would be contacting the customer service line and reporting his behavior when he started laughing and walked away without finishing our conversation. Later the other employee told me he was wearing someone else’s name tag and that’s why he spoke to us the way he did. His real name is PETER and he has no idea how to treat customers and apparently even other employees didn’t have anything nice to say about him. My advice is treat your job, customers and others employees with respect. Get off your high horse. You are just a Best Buy employee.
