  Thank you Eric! Without his knowledge and enthusiasm we probably would have walked out without a TV. We spent like 20 minutes trying to compare between the TV's in the price range we where looking for. And we were so overwhelmed lol It was awesome of him to allow us to take it out and test the TV after purchase to check for any defects once we explained we were traumatized by Walmart poor quality control in our attempts to purchase a TV there originally. Very happy customers!

  Poorly managed Pokémon restock. The staff allowed the person in front of me to buy two items, but when I asked for the same, I was restricted to one. It felt like the employee assumed I was just flipping the product. My son and I actually opened the packs and got some great hits, but the inconsistent rules and the attitude at the counter were really frustrating.

  I visit this Best Buy location fairly often, and unfortunately the experience at the entrance has been consistently unpleasant. The employee stationed at the front who asks customers why they’re coming in regularly has a very poor attitude. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he seems annoyed, avoids eye contact, and responds in a way that feels dismissive and unwelcoming. It honestly gives the impression that customers are bothering him just by walking into the store. Customer service should start the moment someone enters the store, and right now that first impression is not a good one. I hope management looks into this because it really affects the overall experience. I’ve had this same experience more than once, so I felt it was worth mentioning.

  Just want to say this best buy is trash when it comes to customer service. I wanted to buy a apple watch. Walked to the apple section and waited no one came or even acknowledged me. walked to the front told the guy what I was there for he put me on a list. told me to go to the Microsoft area and waited for my name to be called. it never was called. There were at least 4 best buy employees helping one person. I had to wait to even be recognized. There was no, 'we will be with you in a minute sir', 'hold on' or anything just avoided eye contact. This store is bullshit. Then .. I wish I took his name but he gave me some bullshit excuse, but in short clearly 4 employees do not need to help one person. TT finally helped me.
