I was continually told I had great service, yet everytime I went to use internet it didnt work. I wasnt able to watch tv and make a phone call at the same time, it constantly was streaming or didnt come on at all or streamed in the middle of a show. When I went to the store they suggested I purchase a 2nd box for another 35. a month which did not correct the issue. Their home internet doesnt work in the Hernando Fl area its that simple, ended up going to another service.
