  I've got this service and it's not bad my complaint is with this store and the fact their online (Google) says they are open until 8 I drove tonight thinking I was going to be able to take care of a few things and I live 30min away and wouldn't you know it I show up at 7:35 to a closed store and the hrs displayed was until 7 so I'm now out of the fuel I used and my time I'd like to know if cricket would like to pay me back my fuel I lost... Doubt it

  First I want to say they’re very rude Worker called his boss Store boss not the district manager just the store boss Anthony to ask him about a situation that I a former and current employee of cricket when I mean former I I used to work in Hawthorne but now work in the cricket in Gainesville went there had a problem with my phone to get them to resolve it Matthew called Anthony told him that they had an employee who worked for cricket with a problem with her phone automatically Matthew said that Anthony said over the phone when my sister heard him too they cannot help me. But the crazy part is mind you my sister was on her way to transfer four lines but the way they treated me in that store she refused to get service was very rude and unprofessional so she said she will not get service with cricket or spend any money to buy any phones in a store where her sister wasn’t employee there and they treated her like she didn’t know what she was talking about because I dealt with the same situation I knew what I was talking about all they had to do was go on the chat and get it resolved but they refused service

  Ask if you can return there items before you buy anything from them they don’t have any signs up to notify that there items are not returnable if anything happens it. I bought a spreaker from this store 2 weeks later it broke. I was told it was not returnable and they had signs up stating that which they didn’t I was also told it was on the receipt but that’s after you buy there item.. to little to late by now then it’s already bought sounds unfair to me so before you waste your money like I did please be aware. Thank you if I could give them zero stars I would

  Horrible customer service, walked in and I wasn't even greeted. Finally an employee stumbles out of the back and looks as if I’m an inconvenience to them. Went on to ask if they can help me with insurance claim and or upgrading a new phone. Guy continued to be no help. After 5 years of having the same phone and service you would think this company would help you out. No not at all. Would not recommend cricket wireless. And absolutely would not recommend this store. They are money hungry.

  I went here to file a insurance claim on a iPhone 7 that is broken and this dude said it’d cost close to 900 for the iphone 14 with insurance but when I got home and called cricket they made me aware that not only was that untrue but it’d be 250 at most. Just be careful they are definitely hunting commission pay. If I could do half a star I would.
