When I walked into the store, he was ready to understand the problem and get it fixed. He was patient with my description of a problem that dates back to September. What started out as an anxiety producing situation for me, turned into the opposite and excellent, high level help. I cannot overstate his skills and professionalism. He is an asset to the team at Verizon. I walked into prepared to cancel my service. I walked out with a happy smile on my face thanks to Leslie!
- VBVasile BivolOct 6, 20251.0Avoid Verizon Despite the service was purchased and enrolled at a local shop the after sale does not exist and they are sending you to call or to waste your time online which is a complete disaster every time.There would be long lines and incompetent personnel. The customer service hardly speak any English and refuse to refund unauthorised and unlawful overcharges and continue to charge even after the service is cancelled and new carrier is taking the service. For more than 1/2 year the $200 are still not refunded and despite I have complained many times and I was promised to get the refund in 2 weeks I still did not get anything for over a month. Even their ipad coverage and mobile hotspot (I canceled immediately but still have not received the refund ) and cell network is poor almost everywhere in SE Florida. Got just excuses and promises for so many times. Don't waste your time and nerves -just look for a better provider
